Arthur Posner gives IMPACT of Southern Arizona a check for $500.
The Treats and Talents Charity Auction is proud again to donate $500 to IMPACT of Southern Arizona to help those families in need celebrate Thanksgiving.
This year IMPACT of Southern Arizona will provide turkeys and all the associated fixings to 300 families in Catalina and another 150 families in Vail. The event was held on Monday, November 24 at the Golder Ranch Fire house in Catalina. These families were so appreciative and it was fun to look at the smiles on their faces.
This year will mark our eighth auction. Make sure you mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 11 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the HOA 1 clubhouse.
It’s a busy, fun evening with a silent auction, live auction and fixed price events. You will not want to miss this evening. This year the proceeds from our auction will be used to support IMPACT of Southern Arizona, SaddleBrooke Community Outreach, Youth on Their Own and science programs at local schools.
Thanks to your generous support we raised over $41,000 in 2013. That money provided scholarships for students enrolled in college, financial support for youth who are on their own, services for the elderly, educational enrichment programs and much more.
