On March 24, eight members of the table tennis team from Robson Community Sun Lakes, near Phoenix, visited our club for some friendly competition. There were 20 spirited matches of doubles played, with SaddleBrooke coming out on top 14 matches to six.
The SaddleBrooke Table Tennis Club reclaimed the traveling trophy between our two clubs and we celebrated along with our opponents with a social after the match. The table tennis tournament and social were both coordinated by Elona Martin, a member of our club’s board of directors.
