Summer can be a lonely time when the mercury peaks in three digits. Many clubs still maintain regular hours, including the Silversmithing and Lapidary Club, with the added bonus of an air-conditioned room! Summer is slower, but that affords time for more personal instruction. Beginning classes are offered on an “as-requested” basis.
Recently, members have been foldforming, enameling, ring making, bracelet making, and cutting and polishing stones into beautiful specimens for future rings, pendants, etc.
Join us. Annual dues are affordable, and equipment is top-notch and plentiful—not to mention how wonderful (ahem) the other members are.
We’re in the Turquoise Room in the Activities building at the MountainView complex in SaddleBrooke TWO. Members come from both HOAs. Come see us on Wednesday and Friday after 9 a.m. See our website at www.sslc.club where there is a contact button for questions or requests.
