Looking for something cool to do inside this summer? Why not try making music and learning to play the piano together with others?
Maybe playing the piano is something you always wanted to do but never took the time. Maybe you have an instrument sitting at home, and you have been saying, “Someday I’m going to learn to play.” Now is your chance to give it a try! Need an instrument to play? That can be arranged, too!
Maybe you took piano lessons years ago, but for whatever reason, you gave it up and have always regretted it.
Perhaps you are looking for a mentally stimulating activity that brings pleasure to those around you as well. Making music has proven to be great for the brain, as it combines the mental with the physical for an all-around mental workout.
Classes will be held on Monday mornings starting in late April or early May and will meet for eight weeks at the SaddleBrooke TWO MountainView Clubhouse (room to be announced).
All classes are recorded, so in case you have to miss a session, you can stay all caught up!
The best part of learning this way is that you get to learn with friends. Making music together adds a recreational quality to learning and helps make it more stress-free. This will be a recreational music-making class that focuses on having fun while making music.
The instructor for the class is Lori Frazer who has been inspiring students of all ages for more than 30 years. Lori loves to make piano playing accessible and fun to people of all ages and walks of life, believing that music-making is for everyone, and anyone can do it. No matter your background, playing the piano can be fun and rewarding! Music is magic!
Classes are forming now. Several levels of classes are also available. Please contact Lori at 520-405-9878 or email [email protected] for information and to reserve your spot. Classes will be limited to six to eight adults, so call now to get in on the fun! There is a space waiting for you!
