Mr. Klingman is uniquely qualified to address the issue of physical therapy. He has rehabilitated and trained both amateur and professional athletes as well as created therapy regimes for people with chronic issues, injuries or recovering from surgery. Robert has published articles in Orthopedic journals and taught courses on hip/knee problems, foot/ankle injuries and physical therapy for the spine and shoulder.
His educational background is extensive. He is a board-certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from California State Polytechnic University; his Masters in Physical Therapy from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles and is a graduate of the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Kaiser Permanente. He also serves as a faculty member and guest lecturer for the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Residency Orthopedic Residency Program and is a guest lecturer for the University of Arizona Medical School Orthopedic Residency Program.
