Founder of Healthy Skin Dermatology
A long-time underwriter of the Health Fair, Dr. Sheftel specializes in surgical oncology, laser surgery, skin laser resurfacing and sclerotherapy. He will discuss detection and prevention of skin cancer, the most common cancer diagnosed in Arizona. During Dr. Sheftel’s presentation, his team will be providing free skin cancer screenings on the lower level of SaddleBrooke One. Dr. Sheftel will be available there after the presentation.
Dr. William Fishkind

Dr. Fishkind will discuss common vision problems of today’s seniors. He is a Clinical Professor at the Universities of Utah and Arizona and is board certified in internal medicine and ophthalmology. Renowned nationally and internationally, Dr. Fishkind is dedicated to assisting ophthalmic surgeons to offer extraordinary eye care and to use the latest techniques to improve vision in aging eyes.
Dr. Hoang Thai, M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Thai specializes in complex cases and high risk cardiac interventions for patients who have been turned down for other treatments. He graduated from University of Arizona College of Medicine and also did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine there. He will discuss dissolving stents, lasers to open blocked arteries, wireless sensors for heart failure, valve replacement without surgery, leadless pacemakers and more. Dr. Thai will be available before and after his presentation at the Oro Valley Hospital tables in the clubhouse.
