Are you interested in finding other women to join you in activities that you love to do? Women On Our Own (WOOO) is a single women’s club for those who are not in a committed relationship. Relaunched from On Our Own (OOO), we have over 60 members and are adding new members each month. We provide support and friendships through get-togethers, such as a monthly Book Club, Bridge, Hand & Foot, Canasta, monthly Dine-Arounds at local restaurants and potluck dinners.
Newly formed are a Travel Club, as well as a Meet-Up site introduced in January 2016, on which members can look for women who want to see a movie, have dinner or perhaps post another outing. We are working on some ideas we think you will like, so please join us and contribute your thoughts!
Our Board of Directors include President Linda DePew, Vice-President Lynn Crookes, Secretary Bonnie Wehle, Treasurer Susie Prescott and our Member-at-Large Brenda McBride.
