The fifth Biennial Quilt Show, Splendor in the Desert, presented by Valley Quilters Guild and Desert Scraprats will be held at the Las Campanas Recreation Center, 565 W. Belltower Drive, Green Valley, Arizona, on Saturday, March 28, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The show will feature a display of more than 145 quilts—more than half of them judged, vendors, a mini raffle, a quilt appraiser and food catered by Sweet Peas Catering. There will also be an Opportunity Quilt Drawing on Sunday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for the drawing will be available both days of the show. You need not be present to win.
