United SaddleBrooke held a social potluck at the SaddleBrooke One Tennis Center on April 17. No speeches, no fundraising—just good food and camaraderie.

Attendees enjoyed the musical talents of Randall Dighton who regaled the group with his guitar and his singing. Songs from his days with the New Christy Minstrels were interspersed with Scottish and Irish tunes reflecting his background. All kept clapping and tapping. Yes, an excellent rendition of “Danny Boy” was included, and he even sang a Hebrew wedding song. Randall’s humorous compositions and lyrics were the icing on the performance cake.

United SaddleBrooke greatly appreciates that SaddleBrooke One and the SaddleBrooke Tennis Club made the patio available!

United SaddleBrooke continues with its mission to improve the coordination between the two homeowners associations. Events like this potluck are a small step along this path.

The next United SaddleBrooke Community Information meeting is at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, in the Catalina Room in the SaddleBrooke TWO Mesquite building, and you are welcome.
