MPWGA held its annual President’s Cup on Monday, April 18 and Tuesday, April 19. The two-day tournament was played at The Preserve and MountainView Golf Courses at SaddleBrooke. Debbie Mielke shot net scores of 66 and 65 to win the tournament by five strokes. Way to go, Debbie!
Karen Wilson and Janey Clausen represented MPWGA at State Medallion on Saturday, January 16. The tournament was held at PebbleCreek Golf Resort in Phoenix. With Karen’s net score of 70 and Janey’s gross score of 86, they placed second in their flight. Congratulations!
At our MPWGA kick-off dinner on Tuesday, January 26, Pilar Borm was presented with the 2015 Most Improved Golfer Award. Pilar’s GHIN determining factor was 1.227, 4/1000ths of a point better than the second place finisher, Holly Lyon. Congratulations, Pilar!
