Hi. We are Linda and Vicki and we are sisters who spin. I am Linda and I have been spinning since 1999. I love to torch calories to awesome music with a community of fun folks. In fact, I love it so much, that I became a spin leader about a year and a half ago. Come ride with me on Sundays at 7:30 a.m. in the morning and I’ll make sure you get a great workout.
Hi. I’m Vicki and I am quite new to spinning. For years my sister Linda encouraged me to come to class, but I was afraid it would be too much for my fitness level. Actually, I found that riders are encouraged to ride within their own comfort zones at all times. I work at my fitness level and have already seen cardiovascular improvement.
Spin sessions are offered five times per week. There are two on Sunday mornings at 7:30 and 11:15 a.m., one on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., one on Thursday at 12:45 p.m. and one on Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. All you need to bring is a towel, water and a desire to get a good cardio workout.
