P.E.O. Chapter FF based in the SaddleBrooke community has set a big goal for itself: to raise $25,000 in donations for the organization’s women’s scholarship funds through its second annual golf tournament fundraiser at the Oro Valley Country Club on Dec. 5.
In 2021 Chapter FF established a goal to raise $10,000 in its inaugural golf tournament at the Randolph municipal golf course in Tucson. By attracting 84 golfers, 40 local sponsors, raffle prizes, and gift baskets to sell, the chapter raised more than $23,500! Due to its fundraising efforts, Chapter FF was recognized as a Bright Star Chapter among the 5,339 members who are part of the 144 Arizona chapters at the annual state meeting in June.
Based on last year’s success, Chapter FF is Shooting for the Stars … again. This year’s golf tournament fundraiser is on Dec. 5 at the Oro Valley Country Club. The event is almost sold out of players, but to reach its goal, Chapter FF particularly needs four banner sponsors and 20 tee sign sponsors.
