Monthly Pet Donation
First Friday Drop-Off Summer Hours: May through September, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
Drop-off at the SaddleBrooke One Bocce Courts, 64500 E. SaddleBrooke Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85739
Our various pet charities are always in need and are thankful for your donations. Please consider dropping off only pet related items in clean, gently used condition. Items such as pet crates, which are broken down, bowls, and large towels. Cash donations are always appreciated. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, so a receipt is available upon request.
We always need pet food. If opened, please label the brand, type of food, and the expiration date.
We cannot accept poly-fil items such as pillows, as they present a choking hazard, mattress pads, mattress covers, bedspreads, or rubber-backed rugs. We are not accepting cat trees. We are not accepting sheets or blankets at this time.
Any items accepted are at the discretion of the volunteers. Please do not leave items unless volunteers are present.
Please drive slowly and watch for our volunteers at the cones!
SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network thanks you.

Millions for Tucson Raffle
Lisa John
Have you ever looked at a sleeping animal? Nothing is more heartwarming than a contented pet sleeping with a full belly, warm bed, and loving home.
SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network is committed to helping as many animals as we can reach this state of nirvana. Whether it be homeless dogs or cats, or an animal here in SaddleBrooke that needs to be rehomed due to the loss of their loving parent, we are here for them.
You can help too! We are once again participating in the Millions for Tucson Raffle. This raffle supports 501(c)3 organizations based here in Southern Arizona.
Participating organizations retain all proceeds from ticket sales. The prizes are provided by Jim Click.
Grand Prize: 2026 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X Roush Edition
Second Prize: Two first class, round trip, airline tickets to anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply)
Third Prize: $5,000 in cash
Tickets are $25 each or 5 for $100 (remember we keep every cent!). The drawing will take place December 10. You do not need to be present to win. Please visit millionsfortucson.org for details. To purchase your ticket(s), please text Lisa John at 760-382-5066. Until there are none—save one.
Sweet Dreams for Pinal County Pups: A Community Effort
Diane Korn
The dogs at Pinal County Animal Care and Control (PCACC) are sleeping much more soundly this week! Thanks to the generosity of the SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network, a brand-new shipment of Kuranda elevated dog beds has officially arrived.
These beds are a “gold standard” for shelters—they keep pups off the cold floor, are easy to sanitize, and provide much-needed orthopedic support. But getting the beds to the shelter was only half the battle; they also needed to be built!
Neighborhood Heroes at Work
A huge shout-out goes to Wayne Kingsbury and Warren Smith of Robson Ranch. This dynamic duo has been hard at work:
* Assembling the new beds with precision.
* Repairing older beds to ensure no donation goes to waste.
* Donating their time and handy-man skills to make sure every dog has a comfortable place to rest.
“Thank you to everyone at SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network. Your donations provide more than just beds; they provide comfort and dignity to animals in transition.” — Mera Laureys President, Friends of Pinal Pets.
