SaddleBrooke artist Paul Kopp recently received the Southern Arizona Arts Guild’s Artist of the Month award. The Guild features a monthly competition for emerging artists that culminates in its annual selection of Artist of the Year from the 12 monthly winners. Kopp’s winning piece is an oil on canvas work titled The Eyes Have It. The category is abstract and non-representational art. Kopp, a member of the SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild who shows regularly at their annual shows, is known for his experimentation and ever-evolving style, frequently incorporating different techniques and subject matter into his work.
