The MountainView Preserve Lady Niners (MPLN) Christmas Frosty’s Frolics was held on Dec. 3. The meticulous planning for this event started in August with Co-chairs Joyce Sutay and Charlene Leach and their committee.
Before the shotgun step-aside tee-off, there was a marshmallow game to see how far the soft sweet could be driven. During the game, instructions placed on every green told the teams how to play that hole. Mulligans were sold to be used strategically during the game, and there were five team cash winners.
Monies generated by donations and a raffle during the luncheon in the MountainView ballroom were presented to American Legion representative Larry McNamee.
