The MountainView/Preserve Lady Niners honored their 2016-2017 sponsors at the Grab a Gal and Golf tournament on October 26, 2016 at MountainView golf course. A record number of members, guests and sponsors participated in this Halloween-themed event.
Sponsors who were able to be away from their businesses to participate in the tournament received commemorative plaques. Jeff Shields and Chris Boyd represented Platinum sponsor Charles Schwab. Long-standing Gold Sponsor Linda Allison with Long Realty received a special gift. Brian Ellis represented Silver sponsor, Hardin Brothers Automotive and Bronze sponsor, Nova Home Loans, participant Sean Wood was on the first place team.
Silver sponsor, Golf Cars of Arizona, provided a golf cart for a hole-in-one contest on No. 8 (unfortunately, no one won). Sponsors who were unable to participate in the event were Gold, Patrick Shaffer, DDS; Silver, Griswold Eye Care and Bronze, SaddleBrooke Remodeling. Business cards from all sponsors were included in the goody bags received by all players for their future reference.
