On February 18 meet Greg Corman, artist and landscape designer for his program “Functional Art in the Garden” from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the MountainView Clubhouse Ballroom West.
Ask Your Master Gardener will be from 12:30-1:00 p.m.
Greg is a Tucson-based artist and landscape designer who works primarily with reclaimed wood, steel and found objects to create quirky functional nesting habitats for native bees, bird perches and boxes, stacked objects for lizards, etc. These sculptural habitats add a bit of color to outdoor spaces. Come hear Greg talk about the importance of pollinators in our gardens, shrubs that will attract them and how artful habitats benefit humans and the creatures that share our gardens.
