Karen Brungardt
Look no further than either of Karen Brungardt’s series!
Karen is a local watercolor artist and former president of the SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild. Perhaps you’ve seen her paintings displayed at the annual Fine Arts Guild show in the spring or at the Arts & Craft show or at Absolutely Art Gallery or in the Roadrunner Gallery at SaddleBrooke One. Or you might know her from articles in the SaddleBrooke papers.
But did you know that she’s also an accomplished author? Both of the first books in both series have won first-place awards for their categories!
Since publishing her first full-length novel in 2019, she has since published eight full-length novels and three novellas, In addition, she has edited and published two memoirs, each written by her mom and dad who passed away in 1992. She successfully turned them into readable books during the pandemic lockdown and published them.
