It’s hot, but we’re still enjoying our summer in beautiful SaddleBrooke.
I hope you joined us for the July Happy Hour. Another get-together is planned for Aug. 13 at 4 p.m. at the MountainView Bar. Enjoy friendship, conversation, and a drink or two and dinner afterwards for whoever chooses to stay.
The summer is moving right along, as time always does—maybe a little faster than I remember! The board is using this time to plan for the upcoming season. So, mark your calendars and save the dates—more to come.
An Ice Cream Social/Bingo will be on Sept. 17 in the SaddleBrooke One Activity Center. I’m practicing yelling, “Bingo,” in anticipation of winning a few rounds. Watch for future articles and emails as the date gets closer.
The annual Fall Potluck will be on Nov. 5. We’re planning a “Breakfast for Dinner” menu. The possibilities are as endless as the creativity and talents of our member chefs. Many, many reminders with additional details will be forthcoming.
We are strictly a social club, not affiliated with any religious organization, and we welcome all our neighbors to join us.
