Linda Wilberg, the woman with the spider web hat, led a group of spooky indoor cyclists at the Halloween cycling session. The spooky and festive participants enjoyed the opportunity to receive the treat of cycling and reminiscing about the days when they were kids and would trick and treat in their childhood neighborhoods.

SaddleBrooke residents are welcomed to join the SaddleBrooke Indoor Cycling group. This is a resident organized indoor cycling group that offers several free sessions weekly. The sessions are led by fellow residents who serve as cycling leaders. The 10 residents who are the volunteer leaders are in their fifth year offering a super exercise opportunity to our community’s residents.

If you are brand new to indoor cycling, not to worry. You’ll be treated with TLC. The volunteer leaders have the skills necessary to introduce you to the bike and offer suggestions. Two of the most important things you will be told is to listen to your body and have fun. You are in charge of you. The leader will make suggestions to the group but it is you who will decide what type of ride you want. All you need to bring is a towel and water.
