There are different types of primary care providers. What are the differences? Which one is right for you?

Dr. Chantelle Chen, who was referred to Health Night Out by Brianne Spaeth of Desert Life Pharmacy, hopes to give us a better understanding of what to expect from a primary care provider and how to select the right one for you.

Dr. Chantelle Chen is a board-certified family physician who grew up in the greater Toronto area in Canada. She completed her medical school training at The Medical University of the Americas. Her internship year of medicine was completed at Sinai Grace-DMC Wayne State in Detroit, Mich., followed by residency training in Tucson at the University of Arizona South Campus Family Medicine Residency Program. Furthermore, Dr. Chen has received additional training in integrative medicine, auricular acupuncture, and coaching for healthcare peers.
