Dr. Ley completed Medical School at St. Louis University School of Medicine, did a Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and her Residency at The University of Arizona Health Sciences Center. She is board certified in General Surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons and Society of Surgical Oncology.
