Rotary Club of SaddleBrooke is pleased to announce that this year’s tournament raised over $20,000 for at risk kids in Pinal and Pima Counties. A special thank you goes out to Emerson Knowles of Merrill Lynch for being our lead sponsor. This year’s Fore for Kids Golf Tournament was held at the beautiful MountainView Golf Club in SaddleBrooke. The weather was beautiful with 144 golfers teeing up to help underprivileged local kids.
Celebrity golfer Lute Olson helped raise money with contributions from his foursome of $500 each. In addition, the possibility of a hole-in-one was sweetened with donations from the sponsors from local businesses. Finally, several dedicated club members donated in excess of $1000 each to help make this year’s tournament an even bigger success.
Thanks again to all the SaddleBrooke Rotary Club members who gave their time and money to make this year’s Rotary Golf Tournament a huge success. We are looking forward to next year!
