Now thats summer’s here, we still need to get exercise for our body and mind. Even if it’s too hot outside, it’s always lovely and cool in the Vermilion Room at the SaddleBrooke One Clubhouse where we meet for English dancing every Thursday from 4:10 to 5:30 p.m. If you can do a lilting walk and learn figures, you can do English country dancing. It’s lots of fun and the camaraderie is great. So get some good exercise and have a great time!
