Drop that extra weight, that is! Dancing not only combines physical exercise, social interaction and the mental challenge of following new steps, but moving to the music subtracts stress and adds joy and gives you an opportunity to dance off those extra calories; who could ask for anything better! So come and have some fun doing English Country Dancing. We meet on Thursday afternoons from 4:10 to 5:30 p.m. in the lovely Vermilion Room at SaddleBrooke One. If the Vermilion Room isn’t available that day we meet in the Craft Room No. 3 next to the Gift Shop. It’s a lot of fun and great exercise and there’s no charge for the classes.
