The newly formed Chicagoland Windy City Club has planned its third event of the year; a summer social on Friday, July 24 at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa.
The club is for full-time and snowbird SaddleBrooke residents who once hailed from Chicago or its suburbs-—or perhaps still do. Previous events this year included a pizza party at MountainView in February and a get-together at a member’s home in May. Another event probably will be held in the fall after snowbirds return.
July’s event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour on the terrace at Westward Look, located east of Oracle Road and north of Ina Road. Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. and live music and dancing at 7:30 p.m.
