British Club Christmas Party

The holiday spirit was in full swing on Dec. 15 when 16 members of the British Club attended their annual Christmas Party, once again teaming up with 30 members of Unit 5, this time at the SaddleBrooke TWO MountainView clubhouse ballroom.
Surrounded by sparkling Christmas trees and Christmas garland, the camaraderie was palpable, and everyone had a fabulous, festive evening enjoying the delicious food choices of beef medallions, seared salmon with lemon beurre blanc, or stuffed portobello mushrooms, all served with mixed green salad, wild rice pilaf, chef’s choice vegetables, and chocolate tower for dessert. Raffles are always fun, and prizes that evening were an English Christmas pudding donated by Ethel Willmot, a mystery gift, and cash. The fabulous music played by fun, animated DJ Warren Bonesteel added to the magic of the evening. Dancing their hearts away, some even did the Conga!
