AAUW to meet February 14

Anne Sandvig

The Casas Adobes Branch of the American Association of University Women will meet Saturday, February 14, 2015, in the Hohokam Meeting Room at the Sun City Oro Valley Activity Center, 1495 E. Rancho Vistoso Boulevard. A continental breakfast at 9:30 a.m. will be followed by the program at 10:00 a.m. The attendance fee is $6. Visitors are welcomed to our monthly programs!

The speakers for the February 14 meeting will be Kay Weede and Ester Ayers—two authors from our own branch! Their program, entitled Quaker and Old Order Mennonite Women, was inspired by personal experiences. They each have turned oral stories and historical research into published books.

AAUW Mission Statement: AAUW advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research.
