We meet on the second Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon at the Arts & Crafts Activity Center at SaddleBrooke One, Room 4, to share information, get new ideas and names of doctors, and listen to speakers dealing with various matters affecting us. Many publications are available for you to take home and read as educational tools and ways to help us maintain a physically, emotionally stable life, “whatever that may mean.”
The speaker at our Feb. 8 meeting was Judy Katz Esbit, who is a personal assistant in managing your time and helping to relieve the many pressures that come each day. She can play many roles to relieve you of certain responsibilities that become overwhelming.
Future meeting dates are March 8, April 12, and May 10.
