Kevin McCarthy Seeks Re-election to the Trico Board of Directors

Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy, a 15-year resident of Arizona, is running for re-election to the Trico Board of Directors. He is running to represent District 7, which includes SaddleBrooke, SaddleBrooke Ranch, Eagle Crest, Mount Lemmon, Black Horse Ranch, and Willow Springs Ranch.

Prior to retiring, McCarthy held positions in domestic and international sales with Electronic Data Systems, Philips Electronics, and Ernst & Young.

During his first term, McCarthy advocated for the construction of the Chirreon and Avion Solar Farms, the implementation of the first off-hour rates (aka Time of Use rates) in Trico history, and improvement of the Trico technical infrastructure to reduce outage times and automate outage notifications.

His vision is for Trico to provide additional rate plans with flexible pricing, keep rates reasonable in the face of energy and equipment price increases, and continued focus on alternate and renewable sources of energy. These are key to managing the supply and price of electricity now and in the future.

Online voting runs Feb. 10 through April 5, 2025. Cast your ballot online at www.trico.coop. You need only provide your Trico account number (found at the top of your monthly Trico invoice) and ZIP code.
