A beautiful spring day set the stage for 30 Prickly Pair teams to enjoy a mixed doubles tennis tournament on Saturday, April 13. The play, which took place on the Mt. View and SaddleBrooke courts began at 9:00 a.m. and finished with the championship rounds at 1:00 p.m.
The following teams were the champions: 8.0 Division – Tina Huber and Liam Flynn; 7.5 Division – Gary Simpson and Mary Jo Quilling and 7.0 Division – Dave and Kristy Johnson.
Following play, a delicious lunch was served and awards were presented. Recognition was given to the many volunteers who helped make the event a success.
