Members have received information on the Yom Kippur Book of Remembrance to honor family members and friends. They are urged to respond promptly.
Save the Dates!
Shabbat Services for fall 2014 will be held on the Friday evenings of October 31, November 21 and December 19. An optional dinner precedes our lively Shabbat services, followed by a beautiful Oneg Shabbat. Sponsoring an Oneg Shabbat is a meaningful way in which to mark a milestone event in the family. Details of Shabbat celebrations will follow.
The Institute has expanded its programs and activities throughout the year to include classes led by Rabbi Seltzer on such topics as the American Jewish Community, interreligious perspectives on Jerusalem and Jewish customs and beliefs. The Institute is also able to provide a service for shiva and yahrzeit observance when called upon.
