MPWGA Member Diane Cain not only had the privilege of attending this year’s Solheim Cup, but she also played in the Past Captains Challenge on a team of 12, with Kathy Whitworth as the team captain. It was match play format and her team finished in fifth place. Diane followed as a spectator the rest of the week and said, “It was a fabulous experience.” The crowds were very loud with a lot of USA cheering! The golfers loved Des Moines and the record-setting crowds.
