On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, Robert Klingman, a Master’s prepared Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Director of Athlon Physical Therapy in Oro Valley, will discuss prevention of hiking injuries. Robert has rehabilitated and trained both amateur and professional athletes. He is a guest lecturer for the University of Arizona Medical School Residency Program. He will share with us preventative methods and injury management related to hiking.
Residents of SaddleBrooke are invited to attend the meeting at the SaddleBrooke One Activity Center at 4:00 p.m. on January 16, 2019. You do not need to be a member of the Hiking Club to attend. Following the meeting there will be a social hour in the Agave Lounge at the SaddleBrooke Clubhouse. Remember there is no street parking near the Activity Center.
