About The Sonoran Singers

What entity do you get when you collectively combine 30+ female voices, who sing in three-part harmony, a director with 67 years of skillful piano and singing experience, a president of the organization who has been singing for 73 years and, in addition, a piano accompanist who has a very impressive educational and performance resume? Give up? You get The Sonoran Singers!

For the upcoming holiday season, The Sonoran Singers have been booked for seven performances, including Tucson Opera League and the Del Webb Garden Club; the group is already receiving performance requests for 2019!

Its repertoire includes, but is not limited to, music standards from the 1940s and beyond, patriotic songs, songs from Broadway and cinema, pop music from the rock and roll era, folk tunes, religious pieces, as well as seasonal songs for Easter, Christmas and Chanukkah.

The Sonoran Singers is a diverse group of women with all types of voice and musical talent. But, they have one thing in common: their passion for singing and making people happy.
