A very special monthly Women On Our Own (WOOO) dining experience takes place on the second Saturday of each month. It is devoted to dining “close to SaddleBrooke” or in SaddleBrooke to reduce driving in the dark as well as patronizing dining venues in our close proximity.
One of these venues that have continually provided wonderful Mexican dishes, personalized service, and reasonable prices is Lupe’s Mexican Restaurant at the junction of Oracle Rd. (77) and Highway 79 (road leading to Florence). But times change and Lupe’s is now up for sale.
So while the lights of Lupe’s are still glowing, and the grill is hot, WOOO ladies will continue to enjoy this genuine Mexican menu and the flavors presented by what is truly southwestern cuisine … Lupe’s!
WOOO is an organization of women in SaddleBrooke who are not in a committed relationship and wish to stay active and join other women in the pursuit of our next adventures in life. With over 140 members, our activities span games, dining, outdoor activities, travel—the list goes on. And if you don’t see an offered interest, we encourage our members to start one up. Chances are there are others with the same interests or would like to give a new one a try!
