What’s new at SaddleBrooke Computer Club?

Overwhelming Response to Our New Online Classes

The opening of our eLearn online classes was announced last month and the response was overwhelming—literally.

The good news—More of you visited and viewed our online programs than ever before.

The bad news—The response was so overwhelming that all the traffic took our web server down.

The good news—It’s fixed. We’ve moved all our eLearn classes and User Group meetings to a new high-volume server that will handle the demand imposed by the increased popularity of these online programs. So jump back in to see what’s new.

To access our eLearn center, go to the club website at www.saddlebrookecc.org, hover over the Enrollment link and select eLearn. As a community service one of our eLearn classes, Computer Security, is open to all SaddleBrooke residents, whether you are a computer club member or not. Just click on the Computer Security icon on the eLearn sign-in page to be taken immediately to the class. No sign-in is required.

For all other eLearn classes and User Group meeting replays, computer club membership is required. To see the full eLearn menu of programs, you will need to sign in with your club login credentials. Current programs available to the membership include:

Move to Windows 10

Garage Band

Computer Security

Setting Up a Google Account

Photoshop Elements A

Audacity

—more to come
