Vista de la Montaña United Methodist Church Fall Adult Education Classes

Sharon Scanlan and Donna Boring

The first Fall Study begins on Oct. 2 at 9:45 a.m. in the Elizabeth Room for six Wednesday mornings. Our study will be “Experience the Travel Narrative of Acts.”

Come experience the travel narrative of Acts, tracking the exciting journey of the early church from Jerusalem to Rome, all propelled by God’s dynamic Spirit. This study will be led by Reverend Dr. Jim Lubach, a SaddleBrooke Ranch resident. No books are required except your Bible.

Vista’s Adult Christian Education classes have ended for the summer with a promise from facilitators Jim and Linda Galka to continue the popular First Persons classes again next year. These sessions consisted of fictional accounts of people who witnessed incidents in the life of Jesus by Ronn Kerr.

Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you attend Vista or not! The church is located on the west side of Oracle Road, just south of the Golder Ranch stoplight. If you are interested in attending the classes, please sign up by calling the church office at 520-825-1985 or by emailing [email protected]. We meet in the Elizabeth Room of the Education and Administration building at 10 a.m. on Wednesdays. Classes last one hour.
