Carol Emerson
Summer can be a pretty lazy time here in the Brooke. Good thing Tai Chi is a relaxed yet effective way to stay active. Classes tend to be a little smaller as well, so it’s almost like getting private lessons. Here are the top 10 reasons to practice in the summer.
#10 There’s not a lot else to do around here.
#9 It gets you out of the house.
#8 Tai Chi is very gentle–no sweating.
#7 We practice in air-conditioned comfort.
#6 Smaller classes means you get more personal attention.
#5 The people are nice (students AND teachers).
#4 It’s proven to help improve balance.
#3 You’ll become stronger and more flexible.
#2 Tai Chi improves your mind as well as your body.
And the Number One Reason…It’s fun!
