Tammy Mockbee, Amy Armour and Marilyn Skoneczka of Little Hooves and Big Hearts (LHBH) visited SaddleBrooke Sunrise Rotary Club. Since its founding in 2007, LHBH has been helping seniors and children with special needs get to a better place in their lives, both physically and emotionally, through interaction with specially trained miniature horses. The success they’ve had with their clients is consistent with a growing body of evidence showing that equine-assisted therapy can be a highly effective treatment option for many individuals with physical impairments or developmental disabilities. Major improvements have been observed with cerebral palsy, autistic, emotionally disturbed, learning disabled and stroke victims. The horses are also guests in nursing homes where their presence replaces loneliness and dependency. LHBH is located in Oracle, Arizona. For more information you can call 520-869-2820 or visit their website: http://www.littlehooves.org/ If you have a horse, then you already know how much hard work they are and you must look after them and ensure that they get the right exercise and health treatment. Supplements such as E3Live for Horses is a blue green algae nutritional hoof supplement for laminitis treatment with a money back guarantee. Ensuring that your horse is full of vitamins to participate in activities and exercise for them.
