Models and P.E.O. style show committee members enjoy a shopping trip to Soft Surroundings.

Thursday, November 12 marks the day ticket sales begin for the popular P.E.O. Luncheon and Style Show hosted by Chapter EP. This year’s event will be held Friday, February 26, 2016, in the MountainView Ballroom. Tickets are $30 per person and are available at the HOA 2 Administrative Offices adjacent to the MountainView Clubhouse.
Fashions will be presented by Soft Surroundings, a new store in the La Encantada shopping center and modeled by members of Chapter EP of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. Whether you are planning on cruising, traveling or enjoying a beautiful Arizona spring, Soft Surroundings will more than satisfy your shopping needs.
On February 26 doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and a luncheon will be served at 11:30 a.m., consisting of chicken, field greens and strawberry salad plus rolls, assorted beverages and cookies.
Proceeds from the event will be used by the Philanthropic Educational Organization to benefit the cause of education for women. P.E.O. provides scholarship for high school graduates and international students as well as grants and loans to women in baccalaureate and postgraduate programs. P.E.O. also supports Cottey College, a liberal arts college for women in Nevada, Missouri.
