Sons of Orpheus, the Male Choir of Tucson, proudly presents its twenty-sixth annual Gala Spring Concert Series. Under the direction of Founding Artistic Director, Professor Grayson Hirst, University of Arizona (retired), the concert features contemplative, inspiring, whimsical and fun pieces from Beethoven and Chopin to Tom Lehrer to Movie Themes to the Beach Boys.
Saturday, April 22: 3:00 p.m. – Grace St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 2331 E. Adams Street, Tucson, Arizona
Sunday, April 23: 3:00 p.m. – Episcopal Church of St. Matthew, 9071 E. Old Spanish Trail, Tucson, Arizona
Sunday, April 30: 3:00 p.m. – Clubhouse at The Highlands at Dove Mountain, 4949 W. Heritage Club Boulevard, Marana, Arizona 85653
The concert will also feature guest artists: Lindsey McHugh, soprano; Jeff Sanders, banjo and the band, Area 51. Also, Orpheus soloist, Jeremiah Gaefke and Darwin, tenors and Arnold Hunter on the Theremin.
Admission is a $15 donation; students free; tickets can be purchased at the door or through Orpheus members.
