The Small Slams Bridge Club is sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) and is perfect for players interested in improving their duplicate game. It is limited to players with 0 to 750 Masterpoints. Newcomers to duplicate bridge are welcome but must have a playing knowledge of bridge. If you need a partner, email us two days before a game and we will try to get you one.
The club is also sanctioned by HOA 1 which entitles all HOA 1 and 2 and SaddleBrooke Ranch homeowners to play in the club. Although the games are not open to non-community residents, any homeowner may bring a guest to any game to play as his or her partner for any session.
You do not need to be an ACBL member to play, but it is encouraged so your Masterpoints can be awarded. To become an ACBL member, go online to www.ACBL.org or call 1-800-264-2743.
The Small Slams Bridge Club meets on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. at the HOA 1 Activity Center (except the last Thursday of the month when the game is held at HOA 1 Clubhouse Coyote rooms). Sign in is 12:30 p.m. Walk-in pairs are welcome. Games are $4.
