School counselor receives Paul Harris Award

Tim Morsani

David Jungbluth, student counselor for San Manuel High School, was recognized by The Rotary Club of SaddleBrooke for outstanding service to his community and to the students of the Tri-communities. The Paul Harris Award (named after Rotary’s founder) indicates that $1,000 has been given to the foundation of Rotary International. In this case, it also indicates the high esteem in which Mr. Jungbluth is held by SaddleBrooke Rotarians.

Atlantida Felix and Isabella Barragan, both San Manuel seniors, will be attending Northern Arizona University next fall. Rotary has a long history of honoring and supporting education with scholarships at all levels including graduate study-abroad opportunities for individuals from over 100 countries.
