Friends and Neighbors,
As announced in March, SaddleBrooke Marketplace will be a 119,904 square-foot center featuring a 78,800 square-foot Fry’s Food Store/fueling station, shops, restaurants and several free-standing pads.
Initial planning projections indicated Fry’s would break ground on their grocery store in fall of 2016 with the construction of our shop buildings, pads and common areas beginning shortly thereafter to ensure a coordinated opening.
Fry’s recently informed The Pederson Group that groundbreaking for the grocery store will be delayed until February 2017 with an expected opening in winter 2018. As previously planned, the construction of the surrounding shop buildings, pads and common areas will begin after the first stage of the Fry’s building construction commences.
We at the Pederson Group share your excitement for the completion of SaddleBrooke Marketplace and appreciate the support and suggestions we have received. Thank you for your patience while we work to bring this project to fruition and keep you as informed as possible along the way.
