Our State Medallion has come to a conclusion and our winners announced. Vernie Tupa was low Gross and Elaine Kienitz low net. Congratulations, ladies!
State Medallion rules state that competition shall be open to AWGA members on the member’s course on Play Day and will consist of two best gross and two best net nine hole rounds out of a designated four rounds. Players need not participate in all four rounds to be eligible. Determining the winner on the basis of the best two rounds out of four is intended to give players the maximum opportunity to produce two good scores, not to eliminate those players who cannot play all four rounds. The AWGA recommends that all four (4) rounds be played on the same course.
Medallions will be distributed to each participating member club for presentation to the gross and net winners.
