SaddleBrooke Caregivers United

Elaine Taylor

SaddleBrooke Caregivers United will next meet on Saturday, Feb. 14, at our customary 10 a.m. at the SaddleBrooke One Arts and Crafts Center, Room 4. We are most excited to welcome Dr. Rose Bricker whose practice Blue Lemon Therapy is located on La Cholla Boulevard. Dr. Rose will be presenting about stress, anxiety, and self-care for caregivers.

AARP estimates that there are more than 73 million caregivers in the United States, and we are seeing our caregiver numbers in SaddleBrooke grow! Care for the caregivers is critical to keeping loved ones in their homes as long as is practical and for supporting them should a placement be required.

Dr. Rose received her PHD from Arizona State University in 2010. In her over 30 years of experience of working to assist good mental health for her clients, she has counseled at Sierra Tucson, worked in local community health centers, and has been an advisor to mental health clinics and treatment centers.

Feb. 14 is a perfect day to become more skilled in the practice of self-love so that we can take loving care of those in our charge. Please join us for this timely topic, and know that all residents of SaddleBrooke are welcome! No dues! No fees!
