Our subject this month is Sleep!
Our speaker will be Sicily La Rue, a sleep technician at U of A. Sicily is the CEAL Project Manager, UAHS Center for Sleep, Circadian & Neuroscience Research.
Sleep can be elusive, and getting adequate time and quality sleep is so important to our well-being. Caretakers and patients will benefit physically and mentally. You may be amazed at how much happiness sleep can bring. This is a great topic, and we hope all of our members and future members will attend.
The meeting is on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the SaddleBrooke One Arts and Crafts building, Room 4, from 10 a.m. to noon.
