Thanksgiving Gourmet to Go

Do you have guests coming for Thanksgiving dinner but don’t want to go through the hassle of preparing a traditional meal? Do you cringe at the idea of getting up early to start the turkey and spending much of the day fixing food rather than enjoying your guests? If so your MountainView Bistro culinary team has a great solution – Thanksgiving Gourmet to Go! You can purchase any or all of your Thanksgiving dinner menu items directly and serve them in the comfort of your own home. You will be able to buy the whole works, turkey, cranberry relish, stuffing, veggies, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and some traditional desserts, pumpkin pie and apple pie. Alternatively, you can order just one or two items, for example, just the turkey or a pumpkin pie.
The order form is available at the HOA 2 ticket office, at the MountainView Bistro or online on the HOA 2 website, www.sbhoa2.org. Just go to the Restaurants tab and then click on the Special Events and Holiday Planning link on the dropdown menu. You can specify on the form whether you want to pick up the food on Wednesday, November 26 or on Thanksgiving Day itself, November 27. The deadline for submitting your order sheet with payment is Monday, November 17 at the ticket office in the Administration Building.
For those who prefer to go out for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings, your HOA 2 restaurants will also be serving a delicious buffet dinner at the MountainView Clubhouse from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and a full, sit down dinner at the Preserve from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Call 520-825-5217 for MountainView buffet reservations or 520-825-3028 for Preserve reservations. The menus are posted on the HOA 2 website in the same location as mentioned above.
