Remember When You Felt Young?

Dr. John Tait

Barbara Barr Bengen

Join us on Friday, March 1, at 1 p.m. at the DesertView Theater for the Performing Arts for a program by Dr. John Tait entitled “Remember When You Felt Young?” Do you remember when you felt young? Do you remember when you had more energy? Do you remember when your joints held up to hours of weekly activity without talking to you?

Dr. Tait is the Chief Health Strategist at ORIGEN Orthopedics + Optimal Health. He will be sharing the exact steps he uses to help his patients:

• Get out of pain (without surgery or pain pills)

• Get back to what they love (as fast as possible)

• Keep doing what they love (for as long as possible)

Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is the quality of your health over your lifetime.

Dr. Tait and his team aim to help you dramatically improve both! ORIGEN is the only orthopedic practice in Tucson exclusively focused on nonsurgical solutions. Come get an inside look at the system he has used for more than a decade to help his patients pain less, live more, and own their path ahead!

In addition to our monthly programs at the DesertView Performing Arts Center, we have small group classes. Here are some of our upcoming classes:
